Rhino Mac Line Weights

2D associativity: Dimensions getting scaled together with their respective shapes. Trying to do this right now by selecting a shape and the dimensioning-line will scale the dimensioning somehow, but leads to wrong results.

(HolgerJahns) Continuous dimensioning ability to draw (and constrain) all dimension-lines in one axis, without calling the command again and again. (HolgerJahns, DonCulp, DanBayn) Partitioned? (DonCulp) What does that mean?

Ability to assign different pens weights (or colours if that becomes a plot controlled thing.) to the parts of the dimension - for example lighter leader lines but still with heavy text (again this might not be a major issue as I think text will always be a standard font ) (KeithWilkinson) Different arrowhead options – personally I hate arrows. Circles and oblique lines would be good. (KeithWilkinson, HolgerJahns) - There are dots and slashes as well as a few different arrows in V4 It would be slick if the user could specify any block for this, that way if people are not happy with the standard arrows, they can make their own. () Ability to load / save dim styles.

Hi guys, is there a way in Rhino mac to display lineweights? I mean you can change the thickness in the layer. But is there a way to display the line weights while you are drawing? Sets subsequent line patterns to mm units. Sets subsequent line patterns to inch units. To use linetypes defined in another Rhino model. In Linetypes Document Properties, click Import to load linetype patterns from a Rhino file or an.lin file. Define linetypes in the template files.

(KeithWilkinson) Text justification, both left / right / center, as well as top / middle / bottom. (This comes in handy for text with leaders.) () Ability to set the offset distance of dimension text from the dimension lines globally for a dim style.() You can set that now in V4 - Text Gap Dimension Layers: It would be great to be able to assign layers in Dimension Properties, with separate designations for text and leaders, possibly as a list box of all layers with the top option as “Use Current Layer”. This would allow for different colors and line weights when plotting and allow the user to hide leaders. Sometimes it is necessary to hide leaders to simplify a drawing, such as for laser projection or small labels, but then have them visible on larger, detailed prints. Ability to have arrow heads on Radius dimension leaders.

(JoNas) Find and replace text. (JoNas) Text Curning (to make text wider or taller than default). Support for SHX fonts, to get thin text or text by line weight (faster performance too). Display order control. It would be nice if I could set a custom order for the different types of display modes under Rhino Options→Appearance→Advanced Settings. Currently it looks like it does the built in modes, then any modes I make myself are added to the end of the list in alphabetical order, but it would nice to be able to move them all around (including the built in modes) with something similar to the move layer up / down button in the layers dialog. In my opinion, that order should also be reflected in the View menu as well as the menu that appears when right clicking on a viewport title.

Praetorians download utorrent for mac (Sam Page on the Rhino NG) It would also be good to have an override where you could move objects to top of the display, bottom of the display, above another and below another. This would be viewed that way and printing in that order. AutoCAD calls this DrawOrder control.

(Mary Fugier) Tolerances. We do not have artistic (gradient) hatches yet. I imagine once things like gradients and solid fills start appearing, we are going to need a draw order command so stuff doesn't get lost behind a hatch. () An opacity/transparency atribute for hatches and linetypes.

Mac Line In Not Working

At least for the solid hatch. Lino for Rhino 3.0 had it and worked really nice. Township hack tool download free. (GeorgeDiaz) Recognition of hatches with more than 300 lines (stone hatches etc.). (JoNas) (Undo) command within hatch to undo last hatch if it is not what you wanted because of un-closed boundary geometry. There is an unlimited range of hatch patterns. I don't think you could provide them all. Why not make a little window like the design Rhino button to design our own hatch pattern?

Weights

Of course instead of squares to draw the pixels, I would like to have few options of small, medium, and large layout template to design the hatch pattern. Also able to rotate the template and the custom hatch pattern, then save it to a custom hatch directory that is in my user documents. Does what I am saying makes sense? (Ling) Layout.
